Have you ever made fish tacos with fish sticks? I make the complicated ones,but a friend of mine uses fish sticks and her kids love them. Basically, take a taco shell, add a couple of fish sticks, a little bit of coleslaw and some tartar sauce. Boom. Fish taco.
Amy: The curry was pretty good, but I didn’t like the chicken thighs. I’m not a fan of dark meat. The “po’ boys” are just fish sticks, tartar sauce with hot sauce and lettuce on a toasted bun.
